Welcome to Green Oaks Inn, a 6 bedroom licensed bed and breakfast (Country Inn) with fabulous owner's quarters located at Ravine winery in St. Davids. The house was built in 1908 and during the renovations, which started in 2006, the character of the home was maintained on the main level with modern bathrooms and amenities on the second floor for the guest rooms. The main floor offers multiple stain glass windows, oak trim, a sitting room and 2 breakfast/dining rooms. The loft was finished in 2023 with the roof being lifted in the bathroom area and a beautiful view. The little cottage on the property is a licensed bedroom and has a wonderful view of the vineyard, Mini split (2024). All the guestrooms have individual a/c and heating. The owners space is a 1000 sq ft extension (built 2015) with main floor primary bedroom with 5 piece ensuite and walk-in closet, a large family room overlooking the vineyard and access to the private deck. The space also includes walkin pantry and main floor laundry (washer 2023) dryer (2026). The kitchen was designed for the B&B and/or a gathering place for house parties. 2 dishwashers, double wall oven and gas stovetop and plenty of space for plating dishes. The full basement is partially finished with a 4 pc bathroom and a bedroom with a gas fireplace.
